I have been working at UPS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent pay/benefits and co-workers are great

    Cons

No work-life balance, you will definitely earn your money with the long hours and crappy work conditions

    Advice to Management

listen to your mid-level managers/supervisors... They may go Union like the drivers.

I worked at UPS part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay per hour, great benefits, and chance of opportunity may be there.

    Cons

Dangerous work environment, some management will yell and curse, chance of opportunity may not be there, usually a threatening feeling from the job, only 2 to 3 hours per nite for part time employees, ran not so much by the rules but by politics, above all safety seems to be their least concern.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on safety, give your employees what they are guaranteed, and don't curse and yell at them.
