    Benefits, promotes from within, good learning opportunities, helps pay for school, lots of opportunities to move around to different areas, safety training

    Cons

    Hard physical work, hard to get promoted above Part-time supervisor, hard to get full-time work as a union employee, benefits start after a year

    Advice to Management

    Promote to Full-time supervisors sooner than 10 years

    UPS has Good benefits including health and dental insurance along with education assistance program up to 5000 dollars a year.

    Cons

    Extremely hot in summer time, and the the pay is not great. Vacation has to be taken all in one week.

    The benefits are great. The people are awesome. Managers and supervisors are extremely nice and understanding.

    Cons

    Very tough work but worth it. Packages are very heavy and it can be a challenge if your not used to working out.

    Really good job of getting you ready for a career in sales. There is also a lot of growth within the company as they love to promote from within

    Cons

    The mentor program was pretty weak. Rarely ever saw someone and was put on myself to find someone to help me.
