    Pros

    You receive 100% medical, vision, and dental as a part timer and there are some of the best you can get.

    Cons

    It is a physically demanding job in most positions you can work, not always respected in the lower level positions when doing all the grunt work.

    Keep encouraging safety above everything else.

    Decent pay/benefits. Learn how UPS right s from the inside out.

    Cons

    Bad management. Not treated with respect. Getting yelled at almost everyday for things you cannot control. Stressful work environment.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to talk to employees with respect. Yelling someone's ear off doesn't usually make them work better.

    Pros

    It is a great company that cares about its employees. They are willing to fund there employees College degrees for the better of that person, and most likely can find a job within the company. No matter your major. Even hiring you as a chef.
     Great benefits and awesome teamwork. I would love the opportunity to be hired on permanently
