I worked at UPS as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay rate has increased significantly over the last several years
The people you get to work with are usually really nice.
Explore parts of town you may have never been to

    Cons

No benefits are provided to seasonal workers who have returned consistently. This however is understandable, just my own little gripe.

    Advice to Management

Keep working hard to provide the wonderful experience that I get to enjoy whenever I come back at the end of the year. Hopeful to see even more of an increase in pay this year.

I worked at UPS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great comradery (Drivers help each other out all the time)
During the holidays I worked full time work weeks
The drivers are usually awesome (providing drinks and food sometimes)

    Cons

    Hard work
Long hours at peak (despite the position being part-time)
Most drivers don't take a lunch, so neither will you (bring snacks)

    Advice to Management

Stop requiring drivers to take a lunch. Most don't so you're basically taking away an hour of payed time every day.
