Mostly good coworkers, the hours aren't much, so you'll have flexibility.

    Cons

Peak season can be a nightmare, people call in a lot, abuse FMLA, and can be generally lazy because of union protection. Upper management is mostly heard but not seen, not very approachable.

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay and benefits for lower management. It's not beneficial to leave the union at all anymore.
