    Pros

It's okay, hard work but rewarding. Never a slow day. Great group of people to work with on night shift

    Cons

It's very difficult to find people with the required work ethic, the turnover rate is ridiculously high

    Advice to Management

Be more consistent in your expectations. Most of the time it's all about productivity then for a month or so they'll go crazy about load quality or something

    Pros

Great part-time work with great benefits.

    Cons

The challenges of working for UPS are the lack of workers (on some days) depending of the flow of packages and the lack of relationship between the supervisors and employees.

The advice to management is to not only think of their customers, but their employees who are people too and are the backbone of the organization.

I have been working at UPS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good part time pay
    Plenty of work
    Physical activity
Fast paced, fairly solitary work. If you hate being bossed around, you won't be so long as you don't slow your driver down or do things too out of line.
No drug tests, if that's your thing

    Cons

A bad driver will be a drag on you
Hours are inconsistent and require either a car of your own or a ride.

    Advice to Management

A nicer website would be nice, but other than that I haven't had enough experience with management to say.
