I have been working at UPS part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, career advancement opportunities, possibilities to learn every aspect of the business, college tuition reimbursement, good benefits at a cheap price.

    Cons

Miscommunication, slow seasons, dirty, sometimes long days, weird hours, as a supervisor the union has more power within the company then a supervisor does.

    Advice to Management

Train the individuals properly at the job they’re hired for.
