I have been working at UPS part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As a driver you get paid well, don't get checked like a criminal at the guard shack, and you don't have Satan breathing down your neck. As a driver you get to explore the world and you will never work nearly as hard as a preloader.

    Cons

As a preloader, the start time always changes. Always. 230, 430...very inconsistent. They will keep you busy doing things you aren't being paid to do. Unload at a steady and expedient manor. Why you may ask? To get the managers who are starring you down will get a bonus if you come out of there sooner. Its a lot of bs on a whole new scale. Let's not get on the topic of seniority and how its broken down. Join the union with this job!

    Advice to Management

I don't need you repeating yourself. I heard you and I will not move any faster. Its enough pain to take a job as something and then get demoted to seniority.
