I have been working at UPS part-time

    Pros

Great benefits, pay ok, co workers are great, supervisors and managers are great too. They promote within the company. Can advance to part time supervisor after 30 working days, Paid to workout. 1 week vacation after one year. Pay for higher education, Union shop

    Cons

Very short break, only 10 minutes even when working 8 hours during peak season. Constant lifting, Some jobs harder than others like hand loading a 53' trailer of nothing but Amazon returns, did I mention short break?

    Advice to Management

Buy new scanners, extend break during peak season

I have been working at UPS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love the hours and the benefits are GREAT.

    Cons

The pay isn't all that good and it can only be part time.

    Advice to Management

Wish the supervisors would help a little more. Not sure if they can but it would be nice if they see a package going past a truck, it would be nice to set aside.
