I have been working at UPS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love the hours and the benefits are GREAT.

    Cons

The pay isn't all that good and it can only be part time.

    Advice to Management

Wish the supervisors would help a little more. Not sure if they can but it would be nice if they see a package going past a truck, it would be nice to set aside.

I worked at UPS part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's not very difficult to move up within the company even starting from the bottom. You receive full time benefits for being a part time employee. From time to time there can be cookouts to show appreciation for the employees but those are really rare.

    Cons

If you start as a package handler, the hourly rate is pretty decent but the hours that you work aren't good enough. The work environment isn't always positive. You are not appreciated for the work that you do. The supervisors usually don't care much about those that are working under them

    Advice to Management

Hire management that have strong interpersonal skills
