    Got to be involved with some very challenging projects that most companies would envy.

    Cons

    Top-heavy oppressive management ruins the vibe. No appreciation of staff.

    Delegate and give up some of your power to newer and deserving employees.

    Pros

    Large and stable company. Each office is delegated a relatively large amount of authority to run its business operations with minimal corporate involvement in day to day operations. Relatively flexible schedules ability to transfer to many locations nationally or internationally.

    Cons

    Lack of proactive management or innovation on a corporate scale. Challenging to market or maximize the resources on a national or regional scale. Benefits and pay are average. IT and technical training are not as robust as peer competitors

    Advice to Management

    Need to invest in employee technical training and utilization of corporate resources to maximize its competitiveness.
