Great lifestyle when you are home. They know how to treat people well and have excellent work/life balance

- Very long work hours depending on job - Respect comes with rank not competency - Lots of unnecessary computer based training (CBTs) - Experiences can vary depending on leadership - Very beauracratic - Extremely strict rules and standards - Limited lunch breaks - Very hard to balance personal and work life - Limited number of bases depending on which aircraft you work on
