    Pros

    I was able to be impactful, and worked with a great team - Cory Cooper and Bob Yori

    Cons

    Cory Cooper resigned and structure changed right before merger. After merger, many lost their jobs.

    good pay but have to work a lot of overtime for it.

    Cons

    no time off for family or fun.

    none. management is always from another airline.

    I worked at US Airways full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    travel, co-workers, a sense of camaraderie through training.

    Cons

    way too many nasty senior mamas that think that they can assert their dominance over the newbies coming in. They brought newbies in for a reason.. to get rid of the old ones that no longer have a passion for what they do.

    Advice to Management

    i had the BEST experience with my Inflight supervisor. He was extremely kind, understanding and helpful.

    The ability to help people as a customer service agent. Flying for free was the best perk

    High Stress gettin the passengers and the planes out on time

    Great place to meet people from all over the world.

    Cons

    Tough keeping up with a flexible schedule and dealing with aggressive airport traffic is no fun at all.

    It's nice to work with a group of people that all have the same goal and strive to achieve it without a lot of bickering.

    Cons

    although the pay and benefits is OK, I do not think that the pay and benefits are adequate for the responsibility involved in the occupation.

    Advice to Management

    Step back and believe in your work force to accomplish the task at hand. A happy workforce is a productive workforce.
