    Stability, incredible benefits, opportunities for advancement

    Cons

    Leadership can be questionable at times, but there are definitely some great leaders. Pay is not always commensurate with experience.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your directs reports. They often know more than you think they do.

    If you are willing to work hard, there is no limit to what you can accomplish in the US Army.

    Cons

    If you are an individual and can not work as a team member, you will find this place is not for you.

    Be warfighters, not a corporation.

    I learn from an array of diverse individuals, everyone has their own uniqueness and bring positive ideas and suggestions to make us a dynamic team.

    Can be very chaotic, sometimes the verbal communication can delay success of a mission to be completed in timely fashion.

    More effective and efficient communication this avoid delays for all those involved to produce a great product.

    The higher you go in rank, the least time you spent with your family. Long deployment.
