    Pros

Great team, wonderful coworkers, good health/college benefits, free exercise membership, travel

    Cons

Outdated contract process, recruiters will often mislead you into jobs you don't like, many opportunities are not advertised and volunteering for them depends on your manager, deployments and "not real" deployments can put your life on hold for years at a time, possibility of death and dismemberment due to dangerous work conditions or leadership incompetence, awful meal services and facilities in many locations

    Advice to Management

Enable your high-performing workers that love the job to volunteer for assignments, submit awards for people who deserve them. Stay away from a "they shouldn't be rewarded for doing their job" mindset unless you want to encourage mediocrity.
