    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at US Army full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Base compensation is very fair, benefits are excellent. Free healthcare and 4 weeks vacation for all employees. Many unique opportunities that no civilian career can offer.

    Cons

The single biggest downside is that you move every 2-3 years and have limited influence on where you go. This is a big challenge for married couples who are both career professionals. No additional compensation such as annual bonuses.
