    Meet people, Influence them, and inspire them to succeed.

    Cons

    Extended hours and lack of backbone among the leaders.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work, but don't change the policies or standards. They are set for a reason. ENFORCE THEM!!!

    it is a profession of arms that offers values that allow for the United States to have the most powerful in the world.

    Cons

    There are many buearacratic processes that inhibit both organizational and personal progress. The organization does a very poor job of talent management.

    Advice to Management

    Eliminate as the non added value waste that plagues the organization to move towards its strategic goals at a reasonable pace..

    The team work, camaraderie, collective focus on the mission and the total immersion in the profession. I don't know of another field that is not only a job but a life

    The stress of combat and the lack of understanding by the average citizen of the rights they enjoy because we protect them.

    Pros

    Steady paycheck and the ability to gain skills that might not be possible to gain on the outside. Some job sets allow for thinking outside the box.

    Cons

    The sheer stupidity of decisions and personnel is a tad bit infuriating. Physical health can deteriorate faster than a civilian job.

    Secure paycheck regardless or hours worked

    Cons

    too many hours of your day from 6 am to 5 p.m. in a good day sometimes till 8 p.m.

    Fighting for our country, and learning multiple skills.

    Cons

    dealing with immature people who believe they don't need to earn things. Also those who are sensitive, it's the Army for crying out loud! The Army's mission is to fight and win our nations wars. Get sensitivity, PC, and society out of military culture, and keep it out!
