    Pros

    great projects, dedicated and intelligent research staff, working to fight discrimination

    Cons

    The structure of the Commission needs complete overhaul. There are blatant inequities between different departments and staff, researchers aren't respected and it hurts morale and doesn't keep valuable and skilled staff

    Pros

    Good salaries; nice people; small office; can work independently with average oversight, flexible/family-friendly schedule.

    Cons

    too quiet; consensus building among Commissioners delays rapid response to events; no upward mobility. Many don't know that agency exists.

    Good experience working in a government agency

    Cons

    Not enough work to go around, some supervisors don't treat interns well/don't want to take the time to train you
