Salary is great once you hit a certain number of years to reach your GS-12 but agency lacks behind others which heavily contribute experience and education to start with a higher salary.

Agency needs more uniformity across all its offices, lack of location options, lacks employee engagement or feedback to improve, newer employees with significant experience and background are treated like they do not know anything, lack of overall resources for mission sets, administration does not support its critical employees to accomplish its main goals and mission, employees are not utilized to their fullest potential or abilities due to favoritism and administrative hindering.
