    Pros

Each project is divided into efficient branches of teams. The company recently went through major division management restructuring which improved operations. Higher than average benefits package.

    Cons

Low pay compared to non-government jobs doing the same work. Pay is based on US government GS pay scale which is time based which determines all base pay and exactly when you get pay increases. Not a lot of upward mobility opportunities.
