    Incredible mission from renewable and efficient energy research to maintaining our Nation's nuclear arsenal. Some of the most intelligent government and contract employees working on some of the world's toughest challenges.

    Need to strengthen relationship between federal workers and DOE Lab community.

    Few. The HQ building is old and really in need of repair

    Lousy management, poor technology. Poor work/life balance.

    You will not get mentorship, nor will it be easy to climb the ladder… many promises go unfulfilled

    Many employees and supervisors need to go… they are dead weight and kill employee morale

    Pros

    - Great place full of highly intelligent and motivated political and career staff.
     - Under the right leadership, Secretary Moniz being a perfect example, the organization is accomplishing a lot in alternative energies.

    Cons

    - It is out in the middle of nowhere in regards to food or coffee.
    - the building itself is a little old, but pretty well maintained.
