    Good pay with excellent benefits and a variety of work options. Fast pace career that offers exciting opportunities for travel and adventure.

    Cons

    Pay is structured so no variation due to work performance. Limited raises based on congress. High level of standards to be maintained at all times.

    Advice to Management

    Pay should be commensurate with private sector. Increase management training. Include performance in promotional requirements. Improve family work life balance.

    Pros

    Investigating fraud on the taxpayers. Making a difference for our nation. Being on the right side of justice. Learning from great talent.

    Cons

    Not enough litigation and court time. Travel a significant amount. Not enough active litigation. Overall great though! Best job I've had.
