    Pros

    Job security. If you become a Labor Union member you will have some job protection. Some agencies under DOL can be a nightmare

    Cons

    Red tape, Nepotism, favoritism. There is no a solid direction. Managers come and go and employees need learn different working styles frequently. Training for professional improvement is almost null.

    Advice to Management

    Request training. Most managers don't know how to treat people.

    Government work mentality, no expectations, no real feed back, I was only looped in to complete a menial task

    Good working environment and good people that you work with. Although the pace at which company priorities are handled could be improved.

    Cons

    Very bureaucratic and many policy that help employees are riddled in red tape and have to go up and down the chain of command just like the military

    the management did a good job at having the employees feel welcomed.
