    Pros

    Lots of opportunities for growth, if you are willing to learn new skills. Good pay and bonus. Intern program is a real positive.

    Cons

    Insurance benefits are sub par and the vacation offering is very weak!

    Advice to Management

    Adopt a modern vacation policy!

    Pros

    Good pay and the members of the crew were easy to work with. Upper managers were hands on and welling to get out there with the crew

    Cons

    Cold conditions and the facility needed to be updated but over all was a decent enough experience. Lots of walking if you're a selector and plenty standing if your a lift driver.

    Keep up the good work

    talking to a headset all night, most of the time the things hardly usable.

    They sell great products, very customer oriented

    Cons

    The minute they went Public, they stopped being as concerned about their staff and customers and only worried about their share holders.

    Pay sales staff with consistency

    Pros

    The best reason to work here is just working with the people, co-workers customers, and other people day to day.

    Cons

    It's a lot of working lot of things can work against you, to get your job done in a timely fashion. But they have people working on it to make it better.

    Advice to Management

    Listening to you workers, just don't think there complaining some of them have good advice. That could change the way you look at things that could make them yourself and the company more money. Add more clients to grow your company.

    not much work life balance. A Territory Manager job is 61/2 days per week.

    Advice to Management

    Religion should have nothing to do with your success in a sales job. There is a lot of favoritisim for Mormons from the Division president.

    driver takes a beating due to lack of training in warehouse
