    Pros

The job allows you to work independently. Many great co-workers!

    Cons

Lots of driving. Relatively low pay. Difficult to obtain extra hours. Must drive filthy company car if working more than part time. Nitpicked to death over small things that make you go crazy, whereas not given positive feedback about doing an excellent job.

    Advice to Management

Stop the nitpicking! Especially when we bust our butts on very busy days!

I worked at US Laboratories part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great experience. Lots of overtime.

    Cons

Not enough pay, schedule is bad, the circumstances of the job itself make it not worth it to have(unless you do not have to travel a lot). Some people unapproachable. Too much traveling, not enough reimbursement for mileage.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest and upfront during the interview and hiring process.
