I have been working at US Law Shield full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The ability to quickly work with decision makers throughout the company without layers of bureaucracy. The company has shown a tremendous willingness this year to invest in the tools necessary to grow the business and invest in people. The company has made major, positive shifts in leadership, utilization of data for long-term planning and culture.

    Cons

No real cons that I can think of - I'm exicted to see where our continued growth takes us! We will need to ensure that we stay consistent with messaging and support to employees and members alike.

I have been working at US Law Shield full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have yet to witness any of the things being complained about in these other reviews... I have been working here for 6 months as a part of the marketing team and have loved every minute of it. My coworkers and manager are great people and I intend to remain friends with them long after my time here comes to an end. This company has been extremely flexible with my family life which has been incredibly helpful as my wife and I just had a baby over the summer. My work load is neither too heavy or too light and I am frequently presented with new projects and challenges which keeps the day to day interesting. My boss takes us out to lunch from time to time to check in and see how things are going and to help us with whatever we may need and I can always count on breakfast every Friday morning. I'm sorry to see my experience hasn't been shared by those working in the field but I can definitely say being a part of the team here in the office has been a pleasure.

    Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say about USLS

I worked at US Law Shield full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay is decent, but definitely NOT worth the headache!

    Cons

Absolutely the worst management in the industry. Poor training, very unprofessional, lack of integrity, constant threats of being fired. They do not care about their employees, members or their partnered industry facilities. The concept would be great, if the company was actually telling the truth! Every state is ran differently and most of the contract staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing.
