I have been working at US Marine Corps part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Some of the best reasons in earning the title of US Marine are the intangible characteristics you develop. A few of these characteristics are; judgement, justice, decisiveness, integrity, dependability, tact, initiative, endurance, unselfishness, and courage.

    Cons

If you have a problem with authority, then the Marine Corps may not be a good fit for you. Aside from that, I have nothing to mention regarding cons.

    Advice to Management

Always uphold the Marine Corps values and standards.
