I worked at US Marine Corps full-time

    Pros

The Marines will push you to new limits. They will never let you settle for less, and help you be better than you were yesterday.

    Cons

It's the Marines; nothing will be as easy as it seems to be or as it should be. In today's era, one mistake may cost you.

    Advice to Management

It is very competitive when you are transitioning from the rank of Sgt/E-5 to SSgt/E-6. Do all you can to separate yourself from the competition.
