    Pros

    Good benefits, fair pay, keeps you in shape

    Cons

    Work/life balance is terrible, leaders can be very incompetent, you have to throw other people under the bus to get what you want out of it

    Advice to Management

    Look into a persons interactions and job competence before promoting them to a senior position.

    Pros

    The experiences were great. The amount of places I was afforded to travel to. Last but not least, the training opportunities.

    Cons

    The one and only con is the long hour work week. Be prepared to spend a lot of time at work.

    * Pride in what you are doing
    * Sense that you are acomplishing something for the greater good.

    * You are treated like a child
    * There is no brotherhood like you are expecting

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating your Marines badly. Leaders need to actually look out and care for their Marines.

    Pros

    Travel the world with endless tasks to complete and many sites to see and people to meet. Met some of the best people I'll ever know.

    Cons

    Not always agreeing with the orders given from the leaders appointed above you but you're not going through it alone.

    Make America great again!
