    Pros

Great place to work. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Perfect job while still being a college student. Pay is also great for a student. Best part is being able to study while work is slow. Constantly in front of a computer so you can make the time pass by real quick. Get to interact with people from around the country and all walks of life. They throw a lot of office parties with great food. Every now and then get the chance to see the former President. Best job I have ever had!!

    Cons

Customers can be very annoying and demanding at times. Have to answer phones and answer dumb questions all day. Questions are very repetitive and get old. At times you get used to it being slow and when it suddenly get busy that kinda sucks.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

The supervisors are extremely accommodating for student schedules. I worked there while I was a student at UW and it was great. Decent pay, convenient bus ride (or parking!), nice supervisors. Paid sick and vacation, even for students!

    Cons

There are no windows in the entire building! It is pretty tedious, repetitive work. Some days drag on and on and on.
