    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at US Postal Service full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good pay. Decent benefits for sure.

    Cons

Never know your schedule. They don’t care about you. The job is hard at first and takes months to really get a handle on. Literally every day is different. Watch out for dogs.

    Advice to Management

Be more caring. I get numbers need to be made but don’t make people feel worthless

I worked at US Postal Service full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good pay. Benefits. Union.

    Cons

Too much micromanagement. Too much mandatory ot. Good if your a single person. Not a family or marriage friendly job.

    Advice to Management

Lay off. This is a public utility. The mandate isn’t profitable. That’s why there’s no exact private equivalent. Most carriers aren’t bsing and are super hard workers. The best people.
