Pros
Work independently, fast paced environment, decent wages for the job expected. Great exercise on the walking routes!
Cons
Work hours were too flexible and no guaranteed weekly hours were ever given as it is a fill-in only position; therefore, if the regulars do not call in sick or are on vacation, the work hours are very sporadic.

Pros
PSE... Pay is great, overtime is great, work is extremely easy. Look at zip code on mail put mail in bigger box with matching zip code. Simple as that.
Cons
PSE.... Management does not care for you at all. Union destroyed usps. Protects people to not work. Long hours (unless you want the money) benefits don't really apply till you are a regular. 300 dollars for insurance if you have family. Too dependant on co workers. Management seems to always be lost and confused and don't communicate. And of course, the mail just keeps coming and coming.
