Pros
The pay rate is decent and if you use your own vehicle you get reimbursed for mileage health insurance
Cons
Non existent work life balance They have a tendency to throw you a on a route you have no knowledge of and expect you to just do it. even if you are working 40+ hours a week you don't receive any PTO

Pros
Met a lot of good freinds. Great being part of the herd Pretty good pay and helped me pay my daughters education off for the most part
Cons
Incompetent management, outdated and downright asinine standard rules of operations. No vision for the future. Fat, lazy, and incompetent carriers. Ancient logbooks, equipment, and rules on conduct. The us mail is so vital to the us economy, that O N E day of NOT delivering mail would CRIPPLE THE US ECONOMY!!!!!!!! But to save money the us postal service UNION Rewards all the former t/e s ( transitional non career employees) by blessing us with a 28% pay cut in march 2014. Shame On the NALC!!!!!
