    Competitive wages, great company culture, competitive/ semi-superior employee benefits, upward mobility, superior holidays, company seems to be growing quickly, good values, wonderful leaders

    The application process can take a long time.

    Continue to promote within when possible. Keep core values regardless of growth.

    Pros

    Before the influx of Riverstone, USRG was a great place to work. Employees were treated with respect and fairly. People’s opinions mattered and were valued. Sad day when leadership changed.

    Cons

    Self absorbed leadership- does not practice the company’s mission statement or core values. Only out to benefit them and their core group.

    Practice what you preach

    Hard to think of any pros.

    Cons

    Leaders are overmatched, under-qualified, devoid of self awareness and incapable of carrying out their responsibilities. This team is totally ill-equipped to successfully navigate the circumstances they find themselves in.

    Consider career alternatives.

    Too many people in the middle, one person says one thing and someone else says something completely different, confusion send chaos at times.

    Do not micromanage, let your rookies do what they are being paid for

    Sometimes people forgets to do some task that makes my job a little harder but it always works out in the end.

    No repercussions for immediate supervisors actions or lack there of.

    Communication, policies, procedures change with absolutely no knowledge, HIGH TURNOVER! No work life balance!
