I worked at US Rilin full-time (More than a year)
Learned how not to run a business or treat employees. Gave me the drive to do everything in my ability to get a skillset that would take me as far away from this company as possible.
No professional growth. Management didn't seem to care about their employees at all. Could sit around for weeks on end with no work. Any work that did happen was trivial and didin't seem to matter for the company.Usually you think work life balance is good when there is more life than work but in this case it wasn't because of the lack of work.
Advice to Management
Share information with your employees about how the business operates. Don't ask employees to do things related to your family or home life, seems unprofessional and not how the role was originally advertised.
Your feedback has been sent to the team and we'll look into it.
