      Pros

      As an intern all of this was new to me but I did enjoy the paid internship and I also received a lot of great knowledge about truck brokering. But most importantly it helped me with phone presence. Being able to hold a conversation over the phone even if I don't know the answer. Great people to work with, always willing to stop what they are doing and help you and show you the correct way.

      Cons

      I worked at the Plano office and it was fairly chaotic. I never had a direction or a goal for the day. My work performance was never measured.

      Project Coordinator

      I recently had an interview with a hiring manager. The conversation went well in my opinion and they ended it by saying they would “like to schedule a day for me to meet their team and get a feel for the projects they’re working on and then have the conversation about what I’m looking for as far as compensation.” I’m not sure what to expect from this, a part of me feels like this means they might want me for the role, but the process is a little unorthodox from my experience. Any thoughts?
