    Good for the short term

    Pros

Great benefits, a integrity-based company, stable

    Cons

Good luck ever getting off the phones. I've gotten my degree, done special projects, won awards, etc. The only thing I can get an interview for is more phones. This company is very perfectionistic. The communication is poor. Every year they change goals, and I don't know my new target until 1st quarter is over, or almost over. Technical and compliance are ridiculously picky, and you have to chase your manager down to find out what you missed, not to mention they are constantly changing.

    Mentally draining

Apr 10, 2021 - Insurance Agent in Phoenix, AZ

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Stable, good people, big name to put on resume

    Cons

Draining work. They give you a good amount of time off but it's IMPOSSIBLE to take any time off, unless you want to call in sick. Metrics so they constantly look over your shoulder. Never any time to breathe. ALWAYS busy. Pay isn't great. One of the worst turn-over rates I've experienced. Management needs work. Will constantly talk about how it's for the member's benefit, but it's really just to sell more products. Look after the member but not for their employees. Pay is not good for what you put up with.

    Pros

    Pto, currently working from home

    Cons

Extremely stressful, micromanaged like crazy Folder work and underpaid currently doing the work of 5 different departments with no increase in pay. Company talks about work/personal life balance but it does not exist, it is all lip service. Has become another company that only cares about the $$ and not its members or employees. So many employees here have anxiety and stress issues, having to rely on medication to get through the day . Execus on care about saling products & getting their bonus
