People keep quitting, making it difficult to maintain morale. New leadership has made it clear they will do nothing to keep talent. They claim the best they can do is ensure we are working on meaningful work. That’s great until I take on the role of 3 devs because they all quit.

I really believed in the organizations mission. We mainly focused on doing right by the customers and meeting their financial needs. Weekly 1:1's (30 minutes) with managers to assist with support and development. Weekly team meetings to address changes to role and job responsibilities, recognition, and round table discussions.
Cons
It can be difficult to promote out of front line roles as there are no clearly defined career paths and limited time time for development off of the phones. Job requisitions are constantly changing minimum and preferred requirements so it can be difficult to know exactly how to prepare to promote off of the frontline. Also, there is a bit too much office politics, at least in the Phoenix office.
