    Pros

Working with co workers in different departments with the same goals to be healthy and happy. Co-workers are great throughout the company. The company provides opportunity for growth and for employees to be happy. The company provides free products and also has a basketball court and a gym for the employees.

    Cons

Sometimes it is stressful to meet deadlines when projects change in a short amount of time. The computer data base is slow and updates all the time, hardware is old in some departments.

    Advice to Management

Reply back to employees when questions are asked in a timely matter or even at all. Listen to advice from employees and acknowledge it.

I worked at USANA Health Sciences full-time

    Pros

The people you work with are some of the best I've ever been around. It was a breath of fresh air when I first started to feel like I worked for a place that actually cared about it's employees.

    Cons

If you are in an MLM, there are aspects of the business you can't get away from and at the end of the day, I struggled with buying into the vision and dreams they were selling associates. The culture was on a steady decline in many departments. Leaders around and above me were just not equipped with the knowledge to get the company to the next level. I started to see a lot of the key players in the organization leave. In my opinion, people stay there too long and get comfortable as leaders, squandering the talent below them.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to let leaders go that aren't keeping up with the pace of the company. It's causing you to lose people that are trying to make a difference at the company.
