    Pros

Good support for starting consulting career, good management and personal relationship between management and employee. Company leadership is good, they know current market trend and value.

    Cons

No relationship between employees, small management team, not great company benefits. Employee has to move around for consulting contracting jobs.

    Advice to Management

Management is not bad. But they have to understand employees relationship and their problems. They shouldn't focus on jobs always.

    Pros

Has great management, they care about the employees and understand the value of work-life balance. Work-hard play-hard environment that translates into a challenging and rewarding experience. Company is focused on growth and puts a lot of value on customer service and ethical business practices.

    Cons

Company should do more to expand beyond its current vertical focus on financial services, healthcare and logistics.
