They honestly higher people to let them go with in 3 months unless your kissing butt… you can’t miss a day or be 3 minutes late or they would write you up

There no parking you have to pay 28 dollars a day to park they only give you back 40 dollars

There are many hard working and dedicated people who work at USCB America.
Cons
All of the hard working people are treated poorly. The highest executives in the company don’t care about anything but themselves. When you work hard, you are taken advantage of. The pay is horrible!

You get paid for your work
Cons
Management is poorly run, micro manage as well as PTO and sick time do no start until you heat 90 days. Currently most collectors have been with the company 5+ years or under 4 months. High turn over but instead of fixing their issue choose to say the employees arnt fit for the job.. since ive been there over several months over 17 collectors have been let go.

Short breaks and lunches. Will drain you mentally since they mostly collect medical bills, a lot if people were not happy getting called. Management was bad
Continue readingI am sorry your experience was this way. It has been a long time since we had a Santa Rosa office but a lot of great things have happened in the last few years. Although we cannot change the nature of that part of our business (collections) but we constantly look for ways to improve management, processes and company culture. USCB America is a great company to work for!

We are sorry to read your review. We have a high volume of work and because we are working remote, our management team has to keep the work flowing. We never give our employees more work then can be done nor do we set goals that are unattainable.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I am not sure what transpired during your time with USCB but we do have a training program. We have corporate trainers and a full team of leadership that train. We do not over work our employees. There may be days that are busy especially in the call center because our job is to service our clients.

benefits are not good not affordable at all will change your job position when they feel like it and lie horrible schedule had to purchase computer even though they said they would provide laptops managment calls and texts personal cell

USCB America does not change our employees jobs because we feel like it. If your position changed, there was a reason and a good one. We have a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, accident and hospital plans available to our employees. And to top the list off a 401(k) with company match and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
