I worked at USDM Digital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This was my first solid position a developer outside my training and smaller gigs. The company was a great fit, worked well with my family schedule and life. There was a constant variety of projects to keep things interesting.

    Cons

This job was in Austin, I lived in San Antonio. This is the only Con that I can really point out, I left when an opportunity in San Antonio became available.

    Advice to Management

    None

    Pros

Our CEO/Founder leads by example. Hardwork, respect and integrity flows from the top down.

    Cons

It can be hard at times to really connect with co-workers that are working remotely compared to the people you see day-to-day, but not much of a con since there are multiple communication streams.

    Advice to Management

Continue to refine and improve business process. It is healthy for the company.

    Pros

USDM has been wonderful at giving opportunities for it's employees to both grow in the company and to expand their profession expertise all while providing an exciting atmosphere that harbors only those willing to work hard in order to reap its rewards. Not to mention the wonderful benefits, and a better work/life balance than few ever imagine, I couldn't be happier with my job!

    Cons

Growing pains seems to be constant strain on experienced employees

    Advice to Management

Keep being honest with your employees and creating a great environment for the future of USDM

I worked at USDM Digital full-time

    Pros

There are "some" hard working people. The company has a relaxed dress code.

    Cons

There are lots of cons, probably to many to list. HOWEVER I would like to point out what has happened in the last few months. Pay close attention to the reviews here and the date in which people have done them. It seems fishy that there are so many good reviews all at once - almost like the company is padding this social media website. Look even harder and you will see that the people from the past are past employees that are uncovering the truth about the company. THEREFORE why the company is asking it's employees now to write reviews to cover up the negative truthful things that are being said. Social media works in benefiting ways - pay attention people - this many people cannot be wrong!

    Advice to Management

Why is your turn over so incredibly high?

    Pros

Smart, awesome, talented co workers.. So smart that the good ones gets snatched up by competitors. Very casual work setting.

    Cons

Terrible, horrible upper management. This company is currupt, disorganized & mis managed. Employees underpaid, under appreciated. Everyone brings their personal problems to work & shows up hungover. Smart people who don't know how to treat others or run company. Turn around rate is insane. Everyone wisens up & leaves. They cant hold on to employees. But sure, management, lets chalk up negative reviews to bitter, disgruntled employees. Pathetic.

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't even know where to start.

I worked at USDM Digital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Employees work hard and try.

    Cons

Senior Management based in Corpus is pure nepotism tied directly to owner. They live by a seperate set of rules. Come to work when you like, leave early, insult your employees, etc.

Senior Management is the sole cause of losing clients due to laziness and lack of integrity.
Employees in general do not trust the VPs in Corpus!

    Advice to Management

Outsource your Corporate Officer positions. Remove Senior Management members who are considered 'family' to the owner.
