I have been working at USG full-time

    Pros

Comfortable uniforms. Plant Manager is a great guy.

    Cons

No autonomy. Some managers need to understand that this is not 1940's Germany (although some managers would have fit in there just fine). Employees do have the capacity, and should have the freedom to make good decisions.

You can do an amazing job on 99 tasks and not hear one word, yet make one single mistake and immediate retribution.

    Advice to Management

Inspire employees, and make them want to succeed towards a common goal. Offer monthly pay incentives based off of performance.

    Advice to Management

The corporation has great ideals and treats employees very well.
