Pros
Great Opportunity for income and growth. Overall company feeling of support
Cons
100% commission, no guaranteed pay for the work, no guarantee of a sale. Not good for someone with health issues or responsibilities that take time out of the work week. Long hours and commitment required to make satisfying money.

Working in the Coral Springs Office is amazing, it's night & day compared to other locations. The leadership, culture & drive in this office is amazing, we all work as one team & there's no negative energy or crabs in a barrel mentality I've experienced in other locations. I would definitely recommend the Coral Springs office to any interested in working at USHA.
Cons
Long hours but time flies when you love what you do & have fun while doing so & being compensated well so no cons really.
