I have been working at UST Global as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

UST Global actually cares for how their employees are treated and offers amazing training opportunities. As a veteran, I was very blessed to be given the opportunities as a Scrum Master.

    Cons

Contracts can change very rapidly and it can be a little shocking.

    Advice to Management

Keep creating opportunities and giving chances for those who have served the country. You are a leader in my book.

I have been working at UST Global as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Great in depth group training and plenty of openness to connect with various levels of leadership.

    Cons

Management was too narrowly focused on protecting weaker and ineffective employees. Favoritism was huge and unapologetic. Stronger employees' successes were used to hide the weaker employees' failures. Many people ride the coattails of a few good employees.

    Advice to Management

Lead individuals based on performance instead of batching them up by contract.

    Pros

Excellent paid training program that incentivizes innovation through professional development.

    Cons

Relatively low pay at the beginning, coupled with slow learning curve. The class moves only as fast as the slowest learner. This can be a hindrance to more seasoned professionals and fast paced learners.

I worked at UST Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company overall has great benefits and nice associates

    Cons

This company does not have your best interest at heart. Hopefully the board of directors will consider changing some of the managers in place because they have really nice associates. However it's people who are over REFM, HR, Walmart account and the Bentonville intergrator that will tear you down with a smile on their face.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of these folks, they are a poison as you will continue to have turn overs and lose good people . I have heard them some hold people who are on H1B's over associates heads as a threat .
