    Employee Friendly
    Flexible (depends on manager)
    Good culture and diversity

    Cons

    Salary and salary - but good for new experienced hires
    mostly Malayalam speaking groups.

    I worked at UST Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Business analysis is a great career and they got me started.
    As rough as the training program was, it gave me experiences that were painful at the time, but came in handy when encountered in the real world.

    Cons

    The squeaky wheel always gets the grease, with these guys.
    Terrible at communicating with employees
    Favoritism that started with the interview, continued through employment (UNWARRANTED)

    Advice to Management

    Stop rewarding the complainers

    They have plenty of projects/work.

    Cons

    They will never pay you well.

    Advice to Management

    Give the employees their raise before you take the raises yourself and give them excuses.

    I have been working at UST Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Gives you a foot in the door to build your skill sets
    - Will occasionally take a chance on young employees

    Cons

    - The under pay everyone across the board
    - In my experience, I got push back every time I wanted to take even a single day of earned vacation.
    - The expectation is that you will work around the clock no matter your role.
    - The aren't transparent in anything they do whether it be with their own employees or their clients

    Advice to Management

    If you want to become a global company by 2020, consider bringing your business/sales approach into current times.

    Pros

    This is the best place to work as a women, their SIUA program provides opportunity to women who had to take a break in career due to family or personal reasons. SIUA program also offers free training and employment to veterans and womens from minorities sections of society. The training is of very high standards enabling students to do real life jobs, it encompasses theoretical as well as practical paid internship programs to strengthen concepts.

    Very few clients so very few opportunities

    401k matching is something UST need to work on.
