    Pros

    Seem to be value driven.

    Cons

    They think like a 'body-shop'.
All their good people are leaving them
They waste a lot of money
    They have no strategy
They do not know how to stand up to customers. Customers walk all over them and they act (UST leaders) like suckers.

    Advice to Management

Can you think beyond being a body shop?
Can you make sure that you are not always on your knees in front of customers?

I worked at UST Global (More than a year)

    Pros

Training while employed in QA testing, Java, Business Analyst, Project Management. Ability to certify on Sharepoint for industry standards fulfilled.

    Cons

No support once placed with a client, promised this with first client. Very low pay, hard to get evaluations to move ahead or improve job pay. All HR questions go through one person in CA - very hard to get basic information or any questions answered in a timely manner.

    Advice to Management

Follow through on your commitments to students - don't promise them work where they live and then once the program is completed say they have to take an assignment anywhere or be terminated. When they take an assignment away from where they live, give them support with finding a place to live and show them how to navigate the complex computer system to get reimbursements, moving allowances etc. so it goes through without a 2-3 month wait. Let us get this support from people in CA instead of India - from people who care about helping people who are part of the same company.
