    4.0

I have been working at UST full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to work with many different domains and domain owners provides a variety of experience and knowledge with hardware, software and automation. Employed consistently in light of COVID-19.

    Cons

Vacation hours accrue slowly, but carry over to next year. Training protocols on teams could use more emphasis; too reliant on tribal knowledge. Management between contractors and client can seem distant. 401K matching + salary raises were rescinded during pandemic, but have now been reinstated.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at UST full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nothing much to share as they just a body shop company.

    Cons

They don’t honor on what they commit during hiring. Make sure you get them in writing. They change rules on fly as per their convinience.
