I worked at UT Health San Antonio full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits are number 1. They had great health benefits, counseling, dental, vision.

    Cons

Pay. Work culture is probably the worst I have experienced. People get promoted who are just difficult to work with. Definitely a hierarchy where people who have played the game well are promoted. Hard work is not appreciated.
