    Only pro is the benefits.

    Cons

    The biggest con is management. Many “managers” lack any management skills. It’s demoralizing.

    Offer management training to equip leadership with actual management skills.

    seems like a union at times, a lot of red tape and bureaucracy. no path for career or salary advancement

    Full range of degree plans to teach.

    Cons

    Under reported my time taught at school to my retirement. Threatened to sue for private practice income.
