      Pros

They truly care about their employees. The benefits are great and I got more PTO every year than I could use and still get my work done. The retirement is great too if you stay with them 10+ years

      Cons

The school districts near UTSW are terrible and if you live some where with a good school you will have 1 hour or more commute, The pay is a little low comparatively

      Pros

Great benefits, great patient centric organization, challenging and diverse opportunities.

      Cons

Job duties don't always line up with expectations. - Make sure to ask specific questions about day to day. It may say financial or budget management, but it could really be completing forms.

      Pros

The people are friendly. The benefits are great! It’s a good place to grow but know you may outgrow it sooner than you realize. Some departments are very progressive.

      Cons

Change is both slow and constant. It’s a weird mix! Working in administration, you can easily get stuck in a crappy position. Just like on the outside, you have to know someone to move around; networking is key to survival. Upper management is not the best or brightest.
