    Pros

    They have great PTO, benefits and other compensations. The working environment is competitive and relaxed at the same time depending on the department you work for.

    Cons

    The people at the top literally make off money by not paying you what you deserve. You may get increases every year but the value is unmatched

    Actual job, helping others, meeting new people, benefits, break time and lunch time, timeoff allotment

    Department Level Management could be retrained or restaffed

    Advice to Management

    Know what your employees actually do, upon hiring new employees have them survey what we do to see if they will be suitable, please stop favoritism, and issues raises as we know end of year bonuses are issued.
