    Pros

Professional development opportunities are available. Work with great students and professors. Making a difference in our community and the world.

    Advice to Management

When funding becomes tight, sometimes a business approach can be beneficial (if not necessary), even for an educational institution.

Communication concerning internal changes and methods to advance employee job status/salary are limited. Management does not promote a positive attitude to their subordinates.
