I have been working at UTHealth full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work is pretty chill for the most part. Can be very laid back especially at night. As long as you handle your business everything is cool. Benefits are top of the line.

    Cons

Scheduling is the absolute worst. Your schedule will be inconsistent. Get ready to be working every weekend as well. Pay is not the best but it's decent for what you are doing.

I have been working at UTHealth full-time

    Pros

You'll work with some of the brightest and most passionate people in the medical field! Human Resources in particular has very much of a family feel which is a refreshing change from other places I've worked.

    Cons

Career paths for all disciplines is an area that requires further attention when thinking long term for the organization. The organization has bright individuals who have much to contribute. It is necessary for the leadership to recognize and nurture them so that they can reach their full potential.

    Advice to Management

Continue to seek feedback from employees
